44: What This Means to Me

My Birthday is in two days, on August 13th, and I am really feeling the significance of the Lion’s Gate Portal being at the peak this week and what that means for me. Come to find out, the date is even more important because the Total Solar Eclipse in Leo is on August 12th, how cool is that!? To me, this is symbolically beautiful. It’s almost like…August 12th: release the old version of me. August 13th: step into the next version.

What’s more crazy... I’ll be 44 and numerologically 4+4 is 8. 8/8 is the symbolism of the Lion’s Gate.

Leo: Sun/Leadership energy

This is said to be a very strong power + abundance + creation combination.

So, you can see how I could feel that this birthday is going to be DIFFERENT.

There is something poetic about a solar eclipse happening the day before my birthday, how could I not think about that?

The Moon temporarily covers the Sun.

The light changes.

The world gets quiet for a moment.

And then the light returns.

I think we all have our own eclipses.

Times when we can't see where we're going.

Times when something ends before we understand why.

Times when we feel like we've lost our direction.

But darkness isn't always the end of something.

Sometimes it's the space where something new begins.

That's where I am right now.

Not starting over.
