Ask Me About My Body

I just read something that really hit home with me…

“If you ask me about my body, I’d say I want to lose weight. But if you ask me to go deeper, here’s the truth”.

“I’m tired of always feeling against myself, I want to be able to get dressed without changing 5 times; I’m still feeling like I can’t win. I want to look in the mirror and my first thought not be to tare myself apart. I want to not be envious of other women. I don’t wanna count calories or watch what I eat for the rest of my life. I want to live without everything revolving around my body.”

I couldn’t resonate with anything more. I just want to LIVE.
